Teaching as a job requires today a great deal of negotiation, communication and dynamic interaction: the teacher, although the responsible adult in the classroom, is no longer the boss per-se so students won’t to authority unconditionally and accept total submission.
What happens with the teachers with a traditional mentality? They simply can’t survive the energetic pressure in the classroom: their tool is to control, but education today has nothing to do with fear but with containment. This means that children must be guided and their energies and focus channelled, and then they must be allowed to show you the wonders that they can do, with a minimum amount of supervision.
And why? As Lee Carroll says because “school is often extremely difficult for them socially; they will not respond to guilt discipline (“Wait till your father gets home and finds out what you did”) and they are not shy in letting you know what they need”.
And I say, good for them!
If we were to assist, coach, counsel, heal and guide grown-ups and parents to understand where the Earth is going and what they can do to give themselves an easy ride through this journey, that the children are not just challenging their authority for the sake of it but because they have a very clear purpose.
I have spent many years upgrading my etheric operational system so I am able to handle the seeming lack of regard from today’s children towards their teachers’ authority.
Why? Because they are individuals who are spiritually and mentally (although maybe not yet emotionally) evolved in the sense of knowing intuitively through the teacher his or her “colours” or true intentions.
They quickly unravel your weak points, your “background noise” (or baggage) and where you are out of integrity… And they have no doubt in pointing all this out before you start barking orders around.
So they force you to put your house in order before you can earn their respect and affirm your authority.
No longer teaching through dominance but through resonance, these children tell you very clearly: “I don’t care how much you know until I know how much you care”
If us adults could stop thinking in a fear-based but and relax into alignment with our inner guidance, maybe then metaphysics could become the bridge between the old Earth and the future of the planet.
